We’re guides on the side, not sages on the stage! We don’t offer prepackaged answers or a one-size-fits-all template to your problems. We believe in collaboration and curiosity, tailoring each educational and training opportunity to your unique needs. Together we assess your context and co-create a curriculum that will guarantee participant buy-in. Through our trauma informed facilitation practices and strength-based approach, we make learning a dialectical, rigorous, and joyful experience.
Whether you are an expert in restorative justice who is looking to brush up on their skills, or a beginner, we offer comprehensive trainings to guide participants in developing equitable and sustainable frameworks for conflict resolution, accountability, and healing. Participants will learn to dismantle punitive systems and replace them with restorative approaches that foster community, repair harm, and build trust for both youth and adults.
Our coaching and consulting services are collaborative and made to suit your needs. We start by listening. We do climate surveys, culture audits, and have honest conversations. Then we work together, whether through one-on-one coaching, or facilitating leadership circles, to co-create strategies for change that suit your context. We don’t believe in parachuting in and saving the day; we want to build your capacity and confidence to lead courageously, identify and repair harm, and make and sustain meaningful change long after we’re gone.
We offer specialized mediation services rooted in equity and restorative justice to help resolve conflicts within organizations, schools, and workplaces. By focusing on power dynamics, systemic inequities, and individual experiences, we create a brave space for participants to see and hear themselves and each other more fully. We believe that conflict doesn’t always have to lead to rupture, but can be generative, leading to deeper relationships and a stronger foundation of trust and mutual respect.
We offer dynamic, interactive workshops tailored to the unique needs of educators. Our trainings are developed by classroom teachers and are rooted in the most recent research and best practices. Our trainings center equity and belonging in both the classroom and the broader school community. We equip educators with the tools to understand systemic inequities, reflect on their own identities and positionalities, and implement meaningful changes that increase morale and academic success.
